About the Course

How is the SBC e-Learning Series different from other stress management courses?

The Stress: Beyond Coping eLearning series stands out from other programs in 3 ways:

    1. Excellent Science: This program has been in continual development for over 30 years and taps into the knowledge and expertise of world-renowned stress researchers.

    1. Expert Instructors: The 2 creators of this course are Drs. Skip MacCarty, DMin, and Pamela Coburn-Litvak, PhD. Skip is a fellow of the American Institute of Stress and a Christian minister and was the first plenary presenter at the 11th International Congress on Stress in 2000. The topic of his presentation, The Bible as a Resource of Managing Stress, is an area of his specialization. He has been studying and teaching stress management for over 30 years. Pam is a neuroscientist, with a PhD on the effects of stress in the brain. She has published several research articles on stress in peer-reviewed journals and for general audiences.

  1. Convenience: The entire course is available for immediate viewing online, bringing into your home or workplace a world-class seminar that has been taught on 4 continents.

The unique features of the SBC e-Learning series are described in a FREE, 14 minute introduction that you can view here.
